Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and it is important to have clear guidelines in place. For rescheduling, we kindly request that you notify us at least 10 days before the originally intended event date. This will allow us enough time to make the necessary arrangements and ensure the availability of our services for the new date. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. Regarding cancellation, we understand that situations may arise where the event needs to be canceled entirely. In such cases, we regret to inform you that we cannot refund the full 50% deposit. This is due to the costs incurred from reserving the booth and potential loss of business opportunities resulting from the cancellation.
